The HOA has purchased extra remote gate openers for any resident that wishes to purchase one.
Please make checks payable to the Lake Markham Preserve Home Owners Association in the amount of $25.00. (This is a reduced rate, as they usually cost $28.00)
The gatehouse has 3 that are available. Gatehouse staff will record your payment & forward all monies to the HOA Treasurer, who will forward the checks to Sentry Management.
