Seven suggestions to prevent future intrusions into the community, regarding the 2-4 & 2-5 overnight vehicle burglaries.

1) Routinely, once a year or more, call Beth
Parker at Sentry Mgmt. 407-788-6700 ext.
213 and request your 4 digit access code be
changed, as a precaution.

2) Vehicles continue to follow residents
inside the community, after hours, nearly
every night, as seen on the camera
review: To prevent this, after entering,
simply pause a few seconds, just past the
gate, denying the following vehicle entry.
The vehicle behind you will have to back-up.
The gate only opens for 8 seconds.
NEVER get out of your vehicle or make
contact with the following vehicle.

3) Lock all vehicles parked outside your residence.

4) Install cameras that face into the street areas.
If an incident occurs, together we can share
information, resulting in an arrest.

5) Limit the number of individuals that have
your 4 digit access code.

6) Periodically, look out your windows at
night and if you see persons that appear
suspicious, dial 911 and let the SCSO
deputy check them out. SCSO has
24/7 access to the community.

7) Install outside motion sensor flood lights
that trigger an interior alarm or light that
awakens you. Wireless system.
