After Hours: Vehicles around the Access Code Box

Unauthorized Vehicle Entries:
To Residents,
Please, after regular hours, please when you enter or exit the community, please be mindful of any vehicles loitering, parked or idling out front of the code box area. Over-the-weekend, 4 vehicles entered through the exit gate, immediately after someone left the community. This very dangerous. Please just pause a few seconds after you clear the iron gates, to insure that no vehicle will come in after you, through either the entrance or exit gate. And please also notify your guests to do this, too, after hours. Also, please watch for pedestrians trying to sneak in the same way. And NEVER approach the vehicle or make contact. If necessary, please call a HOA officer to check on it. And SCSO has 24/7 access to the community. Please, do notify the gatehouse the next day, so a DVR camera review can be done.
Also please, if you or your family members have given your 4 digit access code to any 3rd party or non-associate of the community, it may be compromised and must be canceled. It is very easy to have a new access code issued, by calling Beth Parker at Sentry Mgmt. at 407-788-6700 ext. 213. If you're not sure, cancel it to be safe.
Get a brand new code & guard it.
